When RMR took over, the structural shell and roof were in place: the concrete foundation was poured, exterior and load-bearing wall framing was complete, windows and doors were installed, and the roof was approximately 90% finished. Interior walls were framed, though landscaping, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems had yet to be installed.
